- 50ml Classic Argan Oil
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1/2 lime
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Grate the lime for zest.
- Squeeze the lime for juice.
- Chop the thyme into small pieces.
- Mix together the Argan Oil, honey, mustard, lime juice and zest.
- Finish by drizzling the thyme on top before serving.
Bottle any remaining dressing to last up to 4 weeks after making when kept in a cool place away from sunlight.
